Guest comic — Battlebarge

Hey folks! I’m halfway through my vacation, and Guest week really gets going. It starts with Dave Hughes’ BattleBarge. A terribly funny cartoonist, Dave has been around since 2006. Go over there and do some reading!

In my own news, I’ve been hanging out in LA at the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators conference. It’s been great fun, and I’ve been working on a separate comic project. I’ll be posting when it it’s done. Today we’re closing up shop and heading over to a different hotel. Tomorrow we go to Disneyland! Wednesday, I’ll post some photos.

FYI:

There are two problems that will prevent a comic going up on time right now:

1. My computer is sick. Don’t worry, it’s in the hospital and is getting the very best treatment. It should be back on its feet soon and back to work. As soon as it is, I’ll backfill comics as necessary.

2. My ISP is providing me an internet pipe that is so slow that I can’t even log on to a single website – it times out (I’m writing this from my work computer at the moment). So we’re beating up on Comcast to get that fixed, too.

Sorry folks. This crap will be sorted out soon.
