I think I’m more looking forward to the fact that it’s all finally over than the fact that there are no more to come.
Mad props to the cast for sticking with it all through these years, it’s a hell of an accomplishment. More so to the fact that the fans stuck with the films and the author. I guess that’s proof of a great series.
Anyway, more to do. I’ll catch you all later – and actually have seen the film by the time the next one comes around.
If any of you have noticed any issues with the website over the past few days, I’m sorry!
On the up side, things are working now, back the way they were – but that’s ok.
OMG HE’S OFF!
Talking about being off – the KatGirl and I will be off at KintokiCon in Sacramento. I’ll only be visiting on Saturday, but I’ll be bringing sketch cards for anyone who’s interested and will draw Zombots and HHFM characters on demand ![]()
Jeremy Rathbone’s Release the Zombots! project is almost complete and he has scheduled his release party for July 9th! Anyone can show up (again in Sacramento); there is a Facebook open invitation up. I’m one of the featured artists and you’ll be able to buy a Zombots sketchbook from me and get a free original sketch along with it!
Hope to see you there!
Ok, ok. I know it’s not funny. At least, not if you’re particularly familiar with everything there (ominous is probably more accurate). However, I do think there is something inherently amusing about George, CHOMPR and robot squirrels…
So yeah, here goes George on another one of his expeditions…
So, a while ago, you may have noticed the Failwhale was a rather permanent fixture on the site. As it turns out, Twitter has apparently blocked the server HHFM is hosted on. Obviously, this means that there is absolutely nothing I can do to get the Twitter feed back up and running on the site.
…So sayeth Webmonkey Ben.
Being that I am so incredibly well-versed in the electro-tubes that make up the internet, I think it sounds perfectly plausible, so I believed him. Of course, it also sounded a lot better than “The Data-Elementals of Twitter were displeased by the Internet sigils engraved on the data totems surrounding my site” – which was, of course, my first thought.
So with that all cleared up, I’ve inscribed a new link and placed a new Data-totem where the Failwhale was rearing its ugly head – I cannot put a Twitter feed on the site, but you can follow me on Twitter through clicking on that Data-totem.
Hopefully this will ward off future invasions by the Failwhale.
