I’m so excited about Wondercon that even the Buzzcomix voting website being down isn’t enough to bring me down. I’m still getting ducks lined up, but there will be new business cards and bookmarks and other great things to share with you all.
About Buzzcomix: I took the Top Web Comix voting system down because of the same issue that buzzcomix seems to be having. This idea that I’m providing them with free content and they’re providing me with a little exposure. I’m going to give Buzzcomix a little while longer, but if this continues, I’m just going to take it off the site entirely… which will of course, come with a bit of a rant as well.
Don’t worry though, I intend to continue airing the PDQs, voting incentive or not.
This weekend, I’m off to San Francisco to meet with a bunch of other Esty sellers. Who knows, maybe they’ll give me some good tips on how to drive more traffic to this little corner of the internet.
I’d remind you to vote, but… yeah.

Hey everybody! It’s Wednesday and I finally got the PDQ up on Buzzcomix! I’ve been a little behind, the holidays really set me back. I’d give you a long litany of all the issues I’m dealing with, but really, I don’t think that’s what you come here for. What you DO come here for is funny comics… and maybe even some cool art.
So I’m working hard to stay on that bandwagon, but as my time gets tighter and tighter, somethings fall off and are never heard from again… they’re probably adopted by Native Americans and will come back and slaughter me in my sleep at some later date… once they’re all grown and angsty.
Just so you know, you can find art at the Art-a-thon challenge, along with the Katgirl’s art at her website. She just got back from Sac-Anime (which I was not able to attend, due to aforementioned “issues”) where she was selling art and handing out free HHFM comics for me. Also check out my DA account. My goal (though not a promise) is to pick one bit of art from the Art-a-thon and add it to my DeviantArt.
Something to look forward to: Friday, I fully plan on going on a rant about the difference between a promise and a goal… as it relates to those of us in the web publishing business.
